Warning window period, transparency setting disappears in new version

Eset Internet Security 12.2.23.0

 

After updating the latest version, the warning window period, transparency setting disappears in interface setting section

I want to quick fix

I was unable to reproduce this issue. Duration and transparency settings for notifications were preserved after upgrade from v12.1.34 to to v12.2.23.

Looks like your Configuration Engine module didn't update. After installing v12.2 the screen in question should look like as follows:

Please collect logs with ESET Log Collector and provide me with the generated archive.
