chuckster 0 Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 OS: Windows 7 Pro 32-bit Product: ESET Endpoint Security 7.1.2045.5 When OS was rebooting after installation of that product, an BSOD error occured. Now, GUI isn't working. No entry of ESET Endpoint Security in Control Panel -> 'Programs and features'. Ekrn process/service is running. Should the problem with BSOD persist, please generate and provide a complete memory dump from the crash as per https://support.eset.com/kb380/.
