Scan Log Query

Hi all,

An in-depth scan (run as Administrator) has thrown up a perceived issue with the BCD. I realise a significant number of files don't usually get scanned for various reasons but having read another post on the forums connecting this with a possible rootkit, I became a bit concerned. Any thoughts?

The files were exclusively being open by the operating system so other applications could not access them. It's perfectly normal and ok.
