egui.exe not loading domain user

Hi

we are having issues with ESET endpoint antivirus 7.1.2053.0 not loading the egui.exe, in the taskbar the icon is there but can't open it.

also if we do run as administrator directly from program files it doesnt open ESET. check the policies , unchecked as to be a admin to run . The problem seems to be once we are logged in with a domain user. What could cause this?
