Outlook send/receive error

Hello,

 

We use eset endpoint security 7. in recent days somethimes we have experience with send/receive error in outlook 2010
Try to disable integration mail client, disable web access protection but still have same problem
Ping to mail server, telnet pop and smtp server port is normal.

Then, we try uninstall eset endpoint in several computer, then send and receive working normally

can you guys help us with this case

Does temporarily disabling integration with MS Outlook and (or) protocol filtering in the advanced Endpoint setup make a difference? If not, what about temporarily disabling the ESET firewall or Network attack protection or Botnet protection? Those are protection modules that may affect network communication.

thank you, we will try to disable that feature
