I bought this computer from Micro Center and the message said that I am able to use the computer's serial number as an activation key to install the software. However, it has not worked after multiple attempts. It keeps saying that it could not be found in the system. Does anyone know why this is happening? itman 1,659 Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Go here: https://www.eset.com/us/activate/microcenter/ Appears you may have to first register with Eset using the provided Micro Center serial number.
