Verify license ownership problems

Dear Sirs,

on my.eset.com my license reports this message from months and I cannot manage my product:
"The request to verify your license ownership is now being processed. We will get back to you via the email you used for my.eset.com registration.
In some cases, this might take a few days, so we kindly ask for your patience."

Could you help me?

How many active licenses for consumer products do you have? Could you please provide a public license ID of such license?

5 licenses. I wrote the license ID in private message.

How did you solve it? Because having 5 active license is not a reason for getting the said message.
