Updates went through but I get a notification that Eset Live grid is not accessible... the credentials used to access Eset live grid servers is not correct. I uninstalled nod32, rebooted, reinstalled using the installer downloaded fresh from the website. Put in the activation key... everything went through, all updates but still the same notification with the eset live grid. How do I fix this? Administrators Marcos 4,716 Posted June 18, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 18, 2019 I think it was because your previous license expired about 2 weeks prior to renewing the license. In such case, it takes a little bit until license information is updated on servers. Had it been renewed on time, the product would have continued to work seamlessly after the renewal.
