SOSTROW28 0 Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 We have virus notifications set up on the server for one access group. I am getting this message on random machines every couple of days. "During execution of Kernel on the computer , the following event occurred: Cannot establish connection to antispam cloud, antispam is not fully functional" Usually only happens once or twice then goes away for a few days.
Administrators Marcos 5,453 Posted June 17, 2019 Administrators Posted June 17, 2019 Please refer to https://support.eset.com/kb332/ and make sure port 53535 is open for the addresses in the table below: Are the notifications coming from machines with Endpoint v6 or v7 installed?
SOSTROW28 0 Posted June 18, 2019 Author Posted June 18, 2019 Put those in but still getting the message. Is there any way to filter these messages out? Or at least control who gets them. I want certain people to get notifications about threats , but I don't want them to worry about things like this.
