We have exchanged many emails and we have been punished and are being ignored from them just because we registered our company on the ESET partner portal. This is inacceptable and against all human rights therefore we want to complain directly to the ESET higher ranked hirarchy people because they are losing alot of clients and are ignoring without any prove our company and thus we need help from you. I don't know how this reseller/distributor business works exactly... but if you are located in Scandinavia judging by your name how come you don't work with the Scandinavian distributor instead?
