Unable to report false positive for blacklisted site

Hi,

A client's website is blacklisted and we tried following instructions on https://support.eset.com/kb141/#SubmitWebsite but when we send the email we get a "Message rejected." error.

Is there something else we can do?

The following URL is being blocked/blacklisted: hxxp://example.com/

Explanation:
The URls at the source of the blocking (eg.: hxxp://example.com/images/malicious-url) are not on the site and give 404s.

We believe the hosting provider removed the files.

The site is only 1 html file with 4 images and a css file so it's hard to hide anything malicious.

And so the site is currently clean.

It appears that phishing has been removed. The website will be unblocked.

Ok thanks. Still weird that we couldn't mail samples@eset.com.
