pardesign 0 Posted June 14, 2019 Posted June 14, 2019 Hi, A client's website is blacklisted and we tried following instructions on https://support.eset.com/kb141/#SubmitWebsite but when we send the email we get a "Message rejected." error. Is there something else we can do? To: [email protected] Cc: Bcc: Date: Fri, 14 Jun 2019 10:17:26 -0400 Subject: Domain whitelist example.com The following URL is being blocked/blacklisted: hxxp://example.com/ Explanation: The URls at the source of the blocking (eg.: hxxp://example.com/images/malicious-url) are not on the site and give 404s. We believe the hosting provider removed the files. The site is only 1 html file with 4 images and a css file so it's hard to hide anything malicious. And so the site is currently clean.
