ESMC - Unable to see Desktop (Endpoint Security) and Agent status

We use ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.0 (7.0.553.0). Lately, we have noticed that on ESMC a machine would only show status as OK and only machine hostname but unable to see Desktop and Agent status. Everything is working perfectly fine on the machine and ESET endpoint security is activated and protection staus is okay. On ESMC however, the machine is still prompting to install an agent even though an agent and ESET Endpoint AV were pushed out via ESMC. Is there some configuration that we need to do or has anything change. This affects (so far) macs and Windows 10 systems. Attached image is the image you would see if everything is running correctly. Now I don't see those two icons on all new installs. Thanks

As far as I know, it takes some time until the icons will appear in the ESMC console. How long has it been since agent and Endpoint were installed?

I have installed agents and Endpoint more than a week ago and machines have been up and running throughout the whole time.

Just to highlight the versions:

  1. ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.0 (7.0.553.0)
  2. ESET Security Management Center (Web Console), Version 7.0 (7.0.413.0)
  3. Installed on Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (64-bit), Version 6.3.9600 
  4. Installed on Clients: ESET Endpoint Antivirus 7.1.2045.5, ESET Management Agent 7.0.577.0

As this is a not standard behavior, I would recommend to contact ESET support. They will collect necessary logs, and hopefully give you advice.
