Having Trouble Blocking Wireless Connections?

I've successfuly ben able to block all connections with the PC ESS was on when choosing to block all network traffic, but ethernet and wireless connections aren't affected. I'm not exactly sure what to look for in the settings to block all ethernet and wireless traffic.
