We have the Eset Endpoint Secury, and in the Remote Administrator, in the licensing units, today we have the panel 33/30 (overused), but we already exclude several machines and we have less than 30 in use. How do we solve this?

You can deactivate seats that have not reported to ERA for a longer time either through ELA/EBA or by using a server task "Delete not connecting computers".

In order to troubleshoot the failing task issue, we'd need the server trace.log created with trace logging verbosity when the task fails:

Alternatively you can deactivate ESET security products through ELA/EBA.
