Importing client created rules

I need to have some rules set up in Remote Administrator that allows rules learned on the client side.  I don't want every client learned rule to show up just specific rules.

Not sure if I understand it correctly but perhaps downloading the configuration from a client which has some custom firewall rules already created and pushing it to other clients would do the trick.
