ERROR IN THE ACTIVATION OF THE EBA PRODUCT

Good day, I have a client that acquires the advanced cloud product but when entering the activation indicated by the mail that is received with the instructions, the following error message appears

Application error
Something went wrong, try again later or contact support.

I'd suggest opening a support ticket for your local customer care and providing them with step-by-step instructions how you reproduced the error.
