Activation Failed

Hi,

my client purchased this 2FA for their VPN and successfully integrated with CP firewall for the POC. during that time we use v2.7.32 and yesterday we received the license key to activate.

i created the EBA and get the username password and entered to dashboard to activate but the system keep telling me "Unable to activate your license given the supplied credentials. Please check the username and password"

here the log:
