RyszardPL 0
Dear All, We are struggling with exclude office 365 from default email blocking rules. For now we exclude office.com, *.office.com but it doesn't work with Outlook. Could you advice what addresses should be excluded ? Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted April 29, 2019 Administrators Share Posted April 29, 2019 You have posted in the NOD32 Antivirus forum. What do you mean by default email blocking rules with regard to EAV? There are no such rules in consumer and Endpoint products.
RyszardPL 0
Yes, you are right, it has to be moved to https://forum.eset.com/forum/34-eset-endpoint-products/ ... sorry for mistake.
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted April 29, 2019 Administrators Share Posted April 29, 2019 As I have mentioned, there are no such default rules in Endpoint either. Please clarify.
RyszardPL 0
You can choose from default categories to block. It is under policy, non standard rules. I can setup setting called Interned and Email and there is access to web pages. (I am translating names, because my cloud administrator panel is in Polish). So under this is setting called categories which contains "default blocking" and there is setting "communication and social networks". This setting blocks whole email providers like gmail.com yahoo etc. it also blocks office.com, and i want to exclude office365 from this rule. Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted April 29, 2019 Administrators Share Posted April 29, 2019 If you want to allow access a particular host that falls under a category blocked by a Web Control rule, create a pemissive url-based rule and put it above the blocking rule.
