MrWrighty 6 Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 I have updated a number of computers to the latest Endpoint AV but when looking at the ESMC console Computers Group and Lost & Found Groups, although the same computes are listed they only some only appear with connections details in Lost & Found, bar the 2 servers I have upgraded and 1 PC. If the computers show in both groups why are they not showing the same information.
Cheeta_N 0 Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 Please check Last connected column. Probably you saw old records about clients. In case agents was reinstalled they received new UUID. So clients become unique from server side.

It is extremely confusing to have multiple groups showing the same computers but some are compliant and up to date and other showing no connectivity at all. Surely a computer with the same name in different groups should show the same result.
