ECS doesn't work

Hi,

 

I have installed the last release of ECS

The software was installed. But when I click on the "ESET Cyber Security.App" nothing happen.

 

I have remove and install ECS 3 times.... but it doesn't work.

 

My OS : Mac os X 10.9.1

I'd strongly recommend contacting Customer care who will provide you with a script collecting all information necessary for analyzing the issue by engineers and help you tackle the issue further.

Where can I find the phone number ? In Europe (belgium) the only contact what I can find on the website is the forum.

No answer from us since june 2014....

Do you mean that you filled in the above mentioned form but didn't get any response from the distributor? Please provide me with your username and contact information so that I can relay them to the appropriate distributor to check if they received your query and a ticket was created for the case.
