Vivian 0
To Whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to a false positive detected for our program WiseCare365. Your website (https://support.eset.com/kb2629/?locale=en_EN&utm_source=Application&utm_medium=Ap plication&utm_campaign=PUA) indicates that there are mainly two types of PUA: (1) Potentially unwanted applications – Software wrappers: Wise Care 365 does not conform to this rule, because it neither download/add other non-WiseCleaner products nor modify the Settings for browsing. (2) Potentially unwanted applications – Registry cleaners: Wise care 365 does offer registry cleanup, but it can automatically back up the registry before cleaning it up. What's more, Wise care 365's registry cleanup is totally free of charge. If the software with registry cleaning is considered as PUA, how about other products which also have the same features? Please double check or point out why WiseCare365 meets your conditions of PUA so that we can modify it ASAP. We sincerely appreciate your consideration of removing this false positive. Thanks! Administrators Marcos 5,250 Posted April 22, 2019 Administrators Share Posted April 22, 2019 Since this forum does not serve as a channel for disputing PUA detections (which is clearly stated in this forum's rules) we'll draw this topic to a close.
