threeseas 0 Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 Hello, I just renewed my antivirus license. Email stopped working as soon as it renewed. I am using Windows 7 and Outlook. I can send email but can't receive email. I then upgraded to version 7. Emails started coming in, but at a snails pace. I have looked through the knowledge base for help, but all the help screens show the smart security menu which is different than the antivirus menu. Can anyone help me?
