Clare Colbrook 0 Posted April 19, 2019 Share Posted April 19, 2019 I have mistakenly logged into my Phantom Account which has rightly stopped me accessing my default account. I have marked my device as "not missing" and that I have retreived it but I still cannot access my default account. Can anyone please help me with this? How much time has passed since you marked the device as "not missing" in the Anti-Theft portal? Do you have the latest version of EIS 12.1.34 installed?
