Phantom account mistake

I have mistakenly logged into my Phantom Account which has rightly stopped me accessing my default account. I have marked my device as "not missing" and that I have retreived it but I still cannot access my default account. Can anyone please help me with this?

Is the computer connected to the Internet? How much time has passed since you marked the device as "not missing" in the Anti-Theft portal? Do you have the latest version of EIS 12.1.34 installed?

Dear Marcos, thank you for your prompt response. I was in too much of a hurry yesterday and just needed to wait a little longer for ESET to do it's job.  All is well now.  Thank you again.
