During using the secure browser webcam access was requested twice. Fortunately they were blocked but I would like to know how and why it happened.

The logs were made some time after the event.

Do you use a secure browser only for Internet banking websites? On what particular website were you redirected to a secure browser that triggered a Web cam protection prompt?
