chm virus can be found by scan but not protect

hello! I'm a chinese user. I use eset for my deepin.

I found a virus can be found by scan ,but the protect not found it .

I'm sorry but I don't understand what the problem is. CHM files are archives, ie. the files inside are scanned by other than real-time protection scanners (on-demand, web access protection, etc.). The malware inside (dll) was detected.
