License can't add in EBA Account

Unable to license add in EBA Account & error "we were unable to send verification email, but already ELA account login success and same register email id.

EBA Account :  bediyamansukh@gmail.com

License Public ID : 3AG-CF9-RBH & 3AG-CF9-X9F

Hello,

I have checked your license, and all looks normal in the system. I have contacted the team responsible for Business Account maintenance for further investigation.

We are resyncing the licenses DB on the backend. I will update you when the teams confirm it’s done. Then it should be possible for you to sync the license / add it to EBA. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.
