Large percentage of my machines have not picked up updated license

It looks like most PC's are coming up with a warning that the license expires in 8 days - We renewed the license two months ago, and the license is correctly shown in License Management in ERA

Activation tasks are failing - however I forget where to look to see how/why they are failing. I am using the Virtual Appliance in Hyper-V.  The underlying OS is currently up to date.

Other tasks, such as to upgrade the ESET Endpoint version, complete without issue.

I'm also getting errors within the "License Administrator" site when I try to search for one of the affected machines... I get "Sorry for the inconvenience, there was an error processing your request".  This happens with multiple browsers.
