Dear Team,

Problem reported: Update authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid. Error occurred in ESET NOD32.
 
OS Details:
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic Sp-1
 
ESET Details:
ESET NOD32 V.12.1.31.0
License ID: 3AG-C49-CW4
 
Observation:
(1)Remove ESET From system through ESET Uninstaller tool in Safe mode.
(2)Activate with trial with Email id Activation And Update Successfully.
(3)Activate with License key activation successfully but update problem occurred.
 
Find attached ESET Log Collector Log and Diagnostic Log on following location.

It is early Monday morning now and you posted during the weekend. When time allows, we'll check the logs. Have you already raised a ticket for your local customer care?

Has the issue been resolved? Yesterday we performed a full export of all licenses to update servers which might have eventually resolved it.
