ESMC V7 Alerts for Helpdesk

What's everyone's tactic for this with ESMC?

Our helpdesk are set to receive alerts but seems to be mostly noise, eg a user clicks a bad link and connection is terminated. It's probably just useless information and I can't find a balance between serious alerts and useless alerts?

Do you all prefer to just receive "unhandled" alerts & malware outbreaks (Alert when multiple users are infected with same thing)?

Any advice would be appreciated here.
