Endpoint security product for MAC

Hello,

 

i am managing the company devices by using ESET Cloud Administrator

after deploy the installer to MAC users (installer contain Agent+Endpoint Securiyt product)

the installation failed

the cloud show that the user has an agent only without any product installed

Could you please check installation log /var/log/install.log for relevant entries mentioning "Eca"? It is hard to guess what could be problem, might be problem with minimal requirements, wrong configuration, etc...
