Cannot install ESET Mail/File/Gateway Security for Linux

Dear All,

We are trying to install ESET Server Security on our Ubuntu 18.04 from the security management center, however after the successful task execution the service is not able to start on the server.

In the syslog we can identify the following eset service related messages:

After the task execution the product appears in SMC, however it has no version (attached).

Could you please help regarding this issue?

Obsolete, the issue was resolved by installing gcc-multilib.
