eset.paid.user 0
Hello, i login my account to check what PCs are using my key and i see 2 or sometime 4 other PCs using my key. I have to manually deactivate them but with an hour or so they popped back up. Could i get my key black listed and issued a new one?
Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted March 17, 2019 Administrators Share Posted March 17, 2019 If you think that an authorized person got hold of your license key, please contact the seller from whom you purchased your license. The license key will need to be changed, otherwise the person can keep using it to activate ESET.

Yes 100% sure someone is using it because I do not have a PC named vandamn-PC and that is what shows up in my license manager.I purchased the key online through ESET website itself. TomFace 539
If you purchased it through the ESET US website and are indeed in Canada, what I would do is submit a support ticket. I don't know if you are a business or home user, so you can select at https://www.eset.com/us/support/contact/s3/?seg=home or you can call ESET https://www.eset.com/us/about/contact/ Regards, Tom Aryeh Goretsky

Pictogrram 0
Is it possible that some software is using the key? Or it was stolen then you need to verify your purchase in support and they will re-issue the key
