Need help right away!

I have a old Eset NOD32 Antivirus program that i cant get uninstallation.

when i go into add/remove files i can only edit the file. 

 

 

Info in file:

Need to remove it before i can installation another antivirus program.

Try removing it with the Uninstaller from safe mode.
