Hello we have an old win 2003 R2 server with  Eset file security 6.5.12018. The server crashes every week due to a memory leak. How can we solve this problem?  Should we uninstall totally the product and re-install it again? How can we achieve this?

Please raise a support ticket for your local customer care and provide them with:
- a complete memory dump
- logs gathered with ESET Log Collector
