MarcFL 28 Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 (edited) Eset Anti-Theft does NOT work with the new Samsung Galaxy S10. Please fix it ASAP. Thank You. Bug: When the device is marked as Missing or with a Test, location and pictures are NOT sent unless the S10 screen is turned on (unlocked). In other words, Anti-Theft does not wake the device. The siren does not play either - unless you turn on the screen first. The online control panel under activity shows "Anti-Theft test timed out". The only way to prevent time-out is to turn on the S10 screen (unlock the phone) - which of course defeats the purpose of Anti-Theft.
