Malicious File notification continues to trigger

I am getting the below notification up to 90 times a day, it always states cleaned but it just continuously triggers. Is there any way to ensure that this is actually cleaned to make the notification stop? At this point notifications are useless because they get buried with this one.   NEW NOTIFICATION
