Shannon Pasto 0
I need to access an endpoint's logs remotely via SSH. Is there a way to access these with a command via SSH? The logs that I'm after are all binary files (ending in .dat) so I just can't "cat" them. There seems to be a "--scanlog" option in the esets_daemon but can't figure out the syntax. Not sure if this is where I should be looking. Thanks
Administrators Marcos 5,235 Posted March 3, 2019 Administrators Share Posted March 3, 2019 Logs are stored in a binary format and if I recall correctly, only newer products for Windows currently support logging into text files that are easy to parse.
