eset linux error, the product is installed but it is not running

Greetings.
On some occasions we have presented problems with the alerts in the console after installing the Endpoint product in linux stations, attached captures.
Some additional configuration to eliminate these notifications from ERA.

How is the linux AV product installed? 

Was it correctly activated? Linux AV client is based on the older V4 codebase, and is actually managed by using "old products connector", where you need to set the product to connect to ESET management agent (over port 2225) + you need to activate it in order to work properly. If all those steps were done correctly, I would recommend to contact ESET customer care for help. Also, do those errors go away eventually?
