renewing licence have paid still waiting

have paid for renewal of licence, have gone to my banking page it seems u haven't taken money for it , when will you do this so I can activate it ????

the license should be active, once you received it so you may try to activate it immediately.

When it comes to payments please contact your reseller so check it as we do not have access to the payment details.

 The payment is still pending sitting in my account untouched ill go and stop it and redo it.

payment has gone through but no email notification to renew my subscription ??? can u fix this soon or i will cancell it all to gether

It is not clear why the payment is still pending for processing. It should be processed by your bank in the first place would say. Have you tried cancelling the payment and making an order again? At any rate, I'd strongly recommend contacting your local ESET customer care and possibly your bank should the problem persist.
