Introduction and two questions

I'm  novice IT user and have two questions if anyone has time to reply.  Firstly I had to buy a new computer and need to transfer my Internet product from Chillisoft. Its a single license user , so do I have to delete the software on my old computer in order to download and register it on the new one using the key that was sent to me when I renewed my license ?  Secondly I'm trying to transfer all my files that are stored on Onedrive and is up to date and synced as of yesterday.  How do I transfer them all on to the new computer.   Need some help please.  Thanks !  Jms

Regarding the transfer of your license, simply uninstall ESET from the former machine and install it on the new one. During uninstall, deactivation will be performed and the license will be freed for activation on another machine.
