chambera 0
System: Windows 10 32 bit I have followed all of the steps I can find in the Knowledgebase, but have still been unable to get the installation to succeed. Everytime it gets to a point where I see "installing drivers" and then immediately starts the rollback. I have booted in safemode to uninstall, ran avremover_nt32_enu.exe, esetsirefefcleaner.exe and even installed malwarebytes based on another thread in the forum that looked similar (https://forum.eset.com/topic/2960-cant-install-rolling-back/) but came up empty. trace.log

Administrators Marcos 5,257 Posted February 5, 2019 Administrators Share Posted February 5, 2019 Please provide especially install.log. It's mentioned in the KB, step 4: The install path will be inserted into the Run window. Type (space) /lvx* install.log at the end of the install path, and click OK. chambera 0
I did this, but did not get an install.log file. I assumed that it was because I am installing from an .exe not an .msi file. I will try again.
