Hello;

We have installed and configured ESMC and we use agent 7.x and Endpoint Security, now when we update the windows operating system and other Microsoft related products by WSUS after updating the agent of ESET removed from the client workstation, would you please help us.

It appears that you have created two accounts and posted a duplicate post under the other account: https://forum.eset.com/topic/18473-challenging-problem/.

This is a bad practice which is against this forum rules:
2, Do not create multiple accounts.  If a person is found creating multiple accounts, ESET reserves the right to take whatever actions it deems necessary, including banning, blocking, deleting and/or merging them.  The exception to this rule is ESET staff, who may create multiple accounts for testing purposes.

That said, the other account will be disabled.

dear Macros I am thankful from your reply, I don't know what about you are talking I don't create any duplicate account if my any other colleague created the account may be they also had worry about the problem.

In the other post, what is written is that the Antivirus was removed. Was it, or the ERA / ESMC agent was removed?

Also, please share the following details:

  1. OS version before upgrade
  2. OS version after upgrade
  3. Installed ESMC / ERA Agent version
  4. Installed ESET Security Product (Endpoint Antivirus / Endpoint Security) version before the upgrade

Dear MichalJ I am thankful from your reply, no the product of ESET (ESET Endpoint Security) did not remove only the Agent (Eset Management Agent) of ESMC remove from the workstation

OS version after upgrading: 6.1.7601 (Only updated the operating system and other Microsoft related products)

ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version: 7.0 (7.0.577.0)

ESET Security Management Center (Web Console), Version: 7.0 (7.0.429.0)

ESET Management Agent: 7.0.577.0

ESET Endpoint Security: 7.0.2091.0
