kaf-alcosan 0 Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 I am not very happy with how to navigate the activated devices in the Eset business account. 1. You cannot sort at all 2. when searching for a seat name, it never comes up with anything 3. sometimes when searching for the device it will come up with the device 4. there should be an easy way to find duplicate devices (or one device using 2 licenses) without searching the whole list 5. default screen should not be 20 - it should start at 100 and go from there 6. when trying to search for status ie: have only '!' marked in the status bar - it shows NO computers in the list Is anyone else having these issues? We are actively working on resolving the issues with regards to sorting implementation and search improvements. Other issues were reported to our quality assurance department, and the responsible product manager. I can´t promise a timeline to the fix, but your issues have been noted, and acknowledged.
