Hello, I renewed my anti-virus January 1, 2019 and my license is still good for 351 days. My problem is that when I open my computer, I have a message that appears and tells me that my computer is threatened and that I have to renew my license. I have contact your technical department twice. The person who spoke to me last time assured me that this problem would be solved between 24-48 hours. But the problem is still there. What should I do. Can I get a refund to get another anti-virus from another company? I'm sending you a screenshot of the message. Is there anything i can do?

Did you receive a new license key or the existing one was prolonged by another year? Please provide me with your public license ID that you can find under Help and support -> Details for customer care.
