WEB Filter - ESET File Security on TS

Hi,

 

I installed ESET File Security on a terminal server. I want to use the web filtering but I can not find it.

Do I have to do something or does not web filtering exist on this product?

Can I install ESET Endpoint Antivirus on a terminal server?

What version of Windows Server is it? On older versions web and email protection doesn't install since it might result in BSOD or system freeze if KB2664888 is not installed (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2664888/computer-stops-responding-when-you-run-an-application-that-uses-the-wi).

The version is Windows server 2016.

Try installing EFSW v7 from scratch. Select custom installation and make sure that the Web and email component is selected to be installed.
