Do you update from a mirror, use a proxy server or download updates directly from ESET's servers?

What product and version is it?

How is the mirror created? ESMC doesn't create a mirror at all. If they use the command line mirror tool, what parameters do they run it with? By default it creates mirror folders for each major version of ESET's products (v4, v5, v6.5, v6.6, v7) so if the user has Endpoint v7, it must update from the v7 mirror.

If they update directly from ESET's servers, does it work?

We started getting this error on a regular basis on January 9th.  Clients seem to be updating but instead of seeing this error maybe once every few months I'm seeing it multiple times a day now.

ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.5 (6.5.522.0)
ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.5 (6.5.388.0)

Translation support module1721 (20181211)
Configuration module1663.13 (20180709)
SysInspector module1274 (20180918)

Server 2008, Windows 7 clients. Using the Apache proxy.

Still getting this daily.  Randomly.   I confirmed we are updating directly from the ESET servers.  HTTP Proxy logs indicate the fail (no file found on server) and success (no updates are available) logs are identical.

Could this 'File not found on server' issue be related to if the scheduler's auto-update too frequent (i.e. every 15min or 30min)?
