Eset ERA Web control - Domains not resolved and blocked

Hello,

Starting from this morning I have many users that have issues with their site browsing (about 20 users).

From the web control dashboard as i can see many users get not resolved in many of the websites.

In the below Screenshot  there are 6 different users.

a.How I can fix the issue how the websites are resolved? they resolved from the workstations or from the ERA server? 

b.Is there any step by step troubleshooting guide?

c. can we have a feature that next to not resolved  to have the site or the IP or some other info in the position that marked below?

Please provide me with a handful of examples of URLs that failed to resolve so that I can check if they are not resolved on my machine either.
