Keep getting ECP.20032 on activation

I apologize of this is a duplicate topic, but how do I resolve this
I've tried this one on Win 7 x64, https://support.eset.com/kb2434/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US but with no results

The error means that the http response 405 Method not allowed was received.

Do you connect directly to the Internet or through a proxy server or firewall? Could you try connecting trough a different ISP?
