Chris H 0 Posted January 5, 2019 Posted January 5, 2019 This problem has been fixed by Eset before, so wonder how to fix it myself. It happens on both my laptop and Macbook. We establish with somone and everything works, we can hear and see them, they can see us but not hear us. How is it fixe? Checking each pc's audio devices appears in working order.
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted January 5, 2019 Administrators Posted January 5, 2019 Unfortunately you didn't mention what ESET product / version and what OS / version you use. Does temporarily disabling the firewall or protocol filtering make a difference?

Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted February 19, 2019 Administrators Posted February 19, 2019 Still it's not clear what OS the issue occurs on. On Mac OS, it's necessary to temporarily switch the firewall to interactive mode to create the appropriate rules in order for Skype to work.
