Unexpected Error.

Hi,

I keep hitting the error below when trying to view the 'show details' of a threat. I have tried the cloud administrator on multiple browsers and machines (Win 10 Pro X64) to the same error. Reloading or continuing does nothing for me. The way I'm reading this its not something I can solve from my end. Any insight from anyone? 🤷‍♂️

Does the exception occur regardless of what threat's details you attempt to check?

So far, and luckily, the only 'threats' have been untrusted certificates from web browsing so all of the listed items fall under web protection. It also doesn't matter what tab I try to view the threat from. ie Threats page or under individual computers.

Hello @Matthew Fox,

We are aware of a bug on our side when a details of a threat picked up by the Web protection are attempted to display.

We need to fix this on our side, sorry for the issue.
